Abstract

A study was conducted to present the case of a long-lived white woman aged 95
with a good mental and physical state, edentulous total upper and partial lower
with Kennedy's class I and experience in the use of upper prosthesis during 50
years and worried on its lower esthetics maintaining their teeths present. We
decide to perform treatment with overdenture in present pillars. Techniques and
results are showed, the patient evolving adequately with the alternative treatment
carried out.
