Abstract

General aspects of the Health Regulations for Primary and Secondary Education are presented, as a normative document for the National Education System, whose fulfillment must be guaranteed by the teaching and health personnel working in the different institutions of both systems. The main aspects related to the Stomatology Section of the aforementioned regulation are outlined, which includes the general elements related to the sectoral directorates of health and education and their institutions throughout the national territory, the main educational, preventive and curative functions of stomatological personnel and the characteristics of systematic stomatological care through the application of the Incremental Attention System, its planning, organization and control.
