Abstract

If we look for the definition of the term "patient" in several dictionaries, these definitions have helped us to compare different points of view, but the essence of the phenomenon is in its evolution, and that is no longer the definition. The becoming of that so-called "patient" reinforces us, simply, that it has never been, nor is it, nor will it be, whether the subject is sick or apparently healthy. In our opinion, the term "patient" is quite unfortunate.
