Municipio güines exeresis of complex dental implantations: Presentation of 3 cases
Abstract
We present a method of action for exodontia and medial oral surgery in people with hemostatic risk, for which 68 interventions were analyzed in 57 patients: 49 with chronic anticoagulant disorders and 8 with some type of haemopathy, which were performed in all cases with application of thrombin in the alveolus or alveolar surface. In more than half of the patients medicated with anticoagulants, these were suspended before and after the surgical act, with postoperative haemostasis similar to that obtained in those who continued to receive them. Most of the postoperative periods progressed satisfactorily and only a low percentage presented mild bleeding, resolved almost entirely with local and ambulatory measures. No relationship was found between the complexity and the hemostatic result achieved.Downloads
