Abstract

We report an unusual case of granulomatosis of Langerhans cells located in the jaws of a 30-month-old patient, who presented, in addition to the lytic bone lesions, lesions with a tumoral aspect on the palatal and lingual gingiva of both dental arches. The bone examination did not compromise other bones. The histological diagnosis was corroborated by the National Reference Center in Pathological Anatomy.
