Aesthetic and psychic rehabilitation of a patient with facial deformity

Abstract

A male patient was rehabilitated who came to our service because he had a bone defect in the right maxillomalar region and prominent ears that affected his aesthetics and his psyche. A porous hydroxyapatite implant is placed in a block in the bone defect and otoplasty is performed, with which the patient is very satisfied in the postoperative period.
